REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – NIYANTRAN

7-Day Limited Refund Policy

1. Refund requests are accepted only within the first 7 days from the enrollment date.
2. After 7 days, the program becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Refund Calculation (Within 7 Days Only)

Refunds, if approved, will be calculated after deducting:

1. Mentor onboarding and session costs.
2. Platform and system usage charges.
3. Administrative and processing fees.

Total deductions shall not exceed 30% of the program fee.

• 👉 Refund Amount = Fees Paid – Applicable Deductions.
• No Refund After 7 Days.

No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind.
• Student disinterest.
• Irregular attendance.
• Academic expectations.
• Parent dissatisfaction.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds are credited only to the original payment method.

Exceptional Circumstances

• Refunds may be considered only if NIYANTRAN fails to deliver the service due to internal operational issues.
• All refund decisions will be taken after internal review as per this policy.
